Will To Open
by Sam M. Phillips
Ingredient of will,
Always inadequate caution,
Necessity of effect,
Direct a degree of tolerance.
A social structure,
The appearance of pleasure as commanded,
And the consequent false evaluations,
Leading to erroneous conclusions.
Resistant thinker,
Attribute of expressionless souls,
A majority of cases,
Clasped shut with no success.
Will to open,
Habits hold us down,
A whole-heartedness required,
But popular prejudice stifles.
