Symphonic Death
by Sam M. Phillips
Symphonic death,
Every breath
I gave to the scene
Was living a dream,
Scream my lungs out,
I want to shout,
It’s what it was all about,
I have no doubt
That it was wise
To sing of our demise,
It’s all lies
When they say death is bad,
There’s no need to be sad,
It drives us mad
Feeling all this fear
As death draws near,
We need to clear
It all away,
We can’t live this way.
