The Two Drives

There is a balance of drives inside of man,

One seeks to create,

The other to destroy,

We deploy all types of smoke screens to cover

This vital part of us,

The subconscious works through us,

Does not need our permission,

Get out of the way ego,

You claim too much,

These two drives are the real forces,

And they are in me,

But far beyond my comprehension.
