Wider Reality

Everything may seem

Like a dream,

But it’s real to me,

All I see

Is what is given to me,

I cannot be

More than I am allowed,

I’ve followed

The rules, the code,

Information overload,

Reality bytes,

Brain fights

The data stream

Of this recurring dream.

.

I have trust

That there must

Be more than my experience,

I see a difference

In reality even between

You and I, we all lean

On our modes of thought,

Caught in our own snares,

Unawares of the others,

Everyone covers

New ground,

I’ve found

Proof of a wider reality

In my ability

To see through the eyes

Of other people’s lives.
